Mason had lots of fun today playing with his new birthday toys.

We celebrated Mason's 1st birthday today. He loved the cake. He kept saying, "mmmm" after every bite.

He came across his old pootie again and checked to see if he was interested. he knew which end to put in his mouth but didn't have much of a desire to keep sucking.

Mason ventured into our room again and found yet another present. So he got his birthday presents early this year!

Mason found his birthday present in our room so we let him play with it early. I didn't have the heart to take it away!

We went to the park after dinner tonight. Mason still doesn't like the grass touching his skin.

It melts my heart every time he falls asleep sucking his thumb. (One day I won't think this is very cute.)

Mason did a lot of sitting under the umbrella while at the beach. He didn't get burned!

First day at the beach in Bradenton, FL. Mason loved the ocean, especially the waves.

We went swimming at our neighbors house and the water was a little too cold for Mason.

Holly was having her baby so Ryan, Natalie and Tessa came over to play. Mason loved every minute of it.
